  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 lemon juice from
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • sliced almonds or toasted pine nuts, optional


  • Combine the yogurt with the minced garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl using a whisk.
  • Season with a little salt, taste and adjust seasoning.
  • That's it!


The sauce is ready to serve with steamed broccoli, asparagus or any of your favorite green vegetables.
Once you add the sauce, top with the sliced almonds or pine nuts if you are using them.
